Location is good. Just near to bus station Kiesel which is assesible by many local bus. However, check out time is a little too early at 11am which is not a norm.

I would not recommend, the room is very small with lack of basic necessities. Without life, no staff. One has to manage everything themself. Only one good thing, they allow u to leave ur luggage after signing out. However check in is too late that 3 or 4 pm and check out is too early that is 10am, which is not justified. Location is close to palace. You can walk there and then old town.

Great location — just a short walk from the Old Town, train station, and Mirabell Palace (where most day tours start). The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for a solo traveller. There’s also a small pantry downstairs with some useful essentials. Check-in was self-service but very smooth, with clear instructions shared beforehand. Depending on the time, someone may be available at the desk during check-out. Just a small note: there’s no lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage if you’re on a higher floor. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay — excellent value for the location.
