Yugawara Ryokan Toyoko

미리 료칸 버스를 예약하지 않아서 버스에서 내려 좀 걸었지만, 숨겨져있는 만큼 예쁜 풍경이었습니다. 밤과 아침 대욕장과 노천탕 모두 이용했는데 시설은 깨끗하고 잘 관리되고, 아침 밥도 무척 맛있었습니다. 다음에 기회가 되면 또 이용하고 싶습니다.

버스 픽업 서비스러 역과 료칸을 오가기에 좋았습니다. 대부분 일본 분들이 온천하러 오신듯 해보였고 언어 소통이 영어로 쉽지는 않았지만, 번역기 앱을 사용해 충분히 이용이 가능했어요. 예기치않은 문제가 있었지만 진심으로 사과해주시고 빠르게 대처해 주시는 모습이 좋았습니다. 조용하고 편안한 분위기에 온천하고 휴식하기에 너무나 좋았고, 4층 노천탕이 특히 좋았습니다. 가이세키 저녁, 일본 현지식 조식도 맛있고 특별한 경험이었습니다.

26만원대 가격에 이정도 료칸이라니 너무 좋았고 추천합니다!💕 다만 조금 외진 곳에 있으니 가실때만 좀 고생하시면 나올때는 역까지 셔틀도 태워줘서 문제 없었습니다 ㅎㅎ 분위기 너무 좋았고 여자분은 오전에 꼭 온천하세요! 온천탕이 밤낮에 따라 바뀌는데 (남탕과 여탕 번갈아서 바뀜) 여탕은 오전, 남탕은 밤에 가는 온천탕이 정말 좋습니다! 아침 식사도 맛있게 먹었고 유카타도 예뻤어요. 다만 방이 조금 추웠어요. 쓰다보니 길어졌네요. 잘 대접받다 갑니다💕

I would definitely recommend staying at this ryokan if you have the chance. I was actually blown away by the hospitality. Upon walking in for check-in, there was a label with my name on it to place my shoes. That caught me by surprise. Then my surprise grew even more when there was a table with some sweets and drinks waiting for us. The lady working the reception was very warm and very welcoming. We had booked a private bath with our room. The room was quite spacious and clean. The private bath was a little smaller than I expected, but was still very relaxing to use. And the water was definitely the perfect onsen temperature. Breakfast was included with the booking and I was once again surprised by having a table with my name and room number on it. The breakfast set-up was beautiful and made me feel very fancy. 😆The ladies at the restaurant were incredibly friendly and not afraid to chat with us. I think they may have made the stay even better. The only negative part is the trek to the hotel. If you can, I highly recommend getting a taxi straight from the station to the hotel. Or if you contact them early enough, you can arrange a pick up from the station. We took the bus then walked from the station. The walk isn't far from the bus stop (8-10 minutes?) But the climb up is what got us. If you have hevay luggage, I wish you the best. The hike wasn't pleasant, but the views make up for it. Tl;dr Definitely exceeded my expectations and highly recommend this ryokan.

Great hospitality and location. We had everything we needed. As visitors to the region, the staff was more than helpful providing us information and helping us with what we needed. It was a great experience with great views. Will definately recommend friends and family to visit and stay here in future! Will definately be back again =) thank you to the staff for making this a memorable stay.
