Great hotel for Crufts travellers with dogs. Love the new carpark lighting. Its very helpful for leaving very early on showday - 5.45am

I love the the peace and quiet.

Checked in to the chorus of a small gang of screaming kids who were running around reception and playing with the rotating doors. Went up to my room, turned around and returned to reception. The entire corridor absolutely stank of weed. I requested a room change which the hotel could not facilitate and so I asked to check out. I then did. The carpark had broken window glass all over the floor and there were massive signs warning you to not leave anything visible in your car. Glad to be on my way even though having to book another room after 3 hours driving was inconvenient. The fact that the staff were not bothered at all that I was reporting marujuanna use tells me that they are clearly used to this occurring and that they do not give a monkeys. I would absolutely NOT recommend.

Had a 2 day getaway and thoroughly enjoyed it. Quite a nice gym and swimming pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be returning in the future.

In Coventry playing poker hotel is close to we're we was playing room was clean and tidy bed nice size and had nice sleep
