Staff were friendly and professional. Amazing view and great location

Our recent stay at Subic Yacht Club was honestly disappointing. Almost all of our requests were denied, and the hotel reception service was terrible. Communication was very unclear — we weren’t even informed whether breakfast would be a buffet or plated meal from the menu. We also asked what time breakfast starts and were told 7 AM, but when we went down at 7:30 AM, the restaurant was still closed. During check-in night, we even had to ring the reception bell three times because no one was there to assist us. The view was nice, but customer service definitely needs major improvement. We only tried staying here for the experience, but unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.

Our stay was wonderful, all the staff are helpful plus the location is superb! Only cons is they could have put a clothes rack on the veranda or in the bathroom for the wet clothes since they have a pool they should assume the guests will have wet clothes.

No outlet for charging inside the bedroom. You will only find funxtional outlet in toilet.

Front desk staff excellent. Large rooms, clean and well maintained. Restaurant very disappointing with insufficiently trained staff to cater for foreign visitors.. The implant Chinese restaurant is very good and offers value for money. Do you research before booking a "cruise" and buffet. We got only water to drink, one prawn per person and were sick the next day.
