Our stay in Rome was overall okay, with some positive points and a few areas for improvement. The location is good and very convenient for exploring the city. However, it is not very accessible by car due to the narrow streets, so we usually had to be dropped off at the corner street. Communication with the staff could be improved, as they only responded through email, which made it difficult to reach them when we needed assistance. We also experienced an issue with the door—it was very hard to open and clearly needs repair. While the location was a plus, better communication and maintenance would greatly improve the overall experience.

트레비 분수, 스페인광장, 보르게세 미술관 과 가까워서 좋았습니다. 깨끗하고 청결하였으며 문제가 있던 부분에 호스트가 신속히 대응해 주었습니다.
