Accessible, clean and friendly staff

Started my visit asking for the hot tub to be cleaned. (Jet tub was filthy) looked at towels and they were so stained I didn’t use them except for bath mats! My sheets were stained with something brown (didn’t ask) I slept fully robbed on top of my own blankets. The bugs I found topped it all! I didn’t even unpack in my home.. I unpacked outside on my patio! Through everything into the wash, and jumped in the shower upon returning home! I wouldn’t recommend staying here!! I complained on my way out expecting some kind of acknowledgment that I had a horrific stay. Nothing not even an apology!! I showed pictures to desk help.. (which for some reason it won’t allow me to post here).. he took photos of my photos and simply dismissed me. I don’t know how these guys stay open but I think it could be used as a cover up hotel for more shadier business. -100 stars
