26.05.03We were worried after reading other reviews but overall it was a good stay. Hotel really needs tlc in places - some outside furniture literally falling to pieces, broken toilets, lots of woodwork needing repaired - but the location is stunning. Our room was in good condition and well serviced. Food expensive but most of what we had was good, including lovely breakfasts - and note Mull is an expensive place to visit.
24.10.27 Had an amazing stay. Quite close to the ferry terminal so amazing for those wo travel without a vehicle. Hotel had bicycles for rent, so exploring the island was easy. The staff were friendly and allowed us for a late check out 🙂 Amazing food, had room services which we appreciated a lot after a long day cycling.
24.09.11 You need to have to car to get around the island .
24.06.18 Two nights here with my adult daughter. Had the most fantastic time. Comfy beds and luxe bathroom products. Staff all lovely without exception. Restaurant on another level. Spa very nice (even though the hot water was being a bit temperamental). Need to book treatments well in advance, will know for next time!
