하이니스 호텔 쿠루메

위치, 가성비 , 서비스 다 좋아요. 딱 하나 단점은 룸의 담배냄새와 복도의 환기가 좀 아쉽다

니시테츠쿠루메역 1층에서 나가서 바로 보이는 호텔이라 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 빵 조식이랑 잠옷도 매일 무료로 제공되고 수건도 매일 바꿔주셔서 좋았습니다. 숙소가 좀 오래 돼서 그렇지 가격대비 서비스 같은건 괜찮았습니다.

I booked for the wrong date while I was inside the lobby, a mistake that agoda makes it very easy to do, and instead of assisting me, when I asked them for a refund they simply told me that it was illegal for them to charge me before my stay and that I should take it up with Agoda. I pushed a little but didn't want to be rude. So instead of being able to handle it directly with the staff, I filed with agoda for a refund right there, and it took 2 days before I got an email saying the hotel rejected the cancellation. I managed to call them, and they denied it over the phone. So spent a day changing our plans and moving our stuff over there and the room was very small and the bathroom was dirty. Don't reccomend this place. The only good thing is that it's right next to the station, though finding a place to park is difficult.

체크인을 늦게했는데 대응이 좋고 방을 더 큰방으로 업그레이드 해줬습니다. 혼자 여행이라 별 의미는 없기는 했지만 기분적으로는 득본 기분입니다. 아침에 먹을 수 있는 무료 조식 쿠폰을 주는데 빵,음료,커피를 먹을 수 있습니다.

34,000원으로 성인 1박 이용했습니다. 역에서도 가깝고 방 크기도 나름 괜찮습니다. 5만원 이하의 가격이라면 추천합니다. (그 이상이라면 다른 호텔을 추천드립니다... 숙소 위생이나 방음, 직원 태도 등은 고려하였을 때 딱 3-4만원 대의 가격이 적절하다고 생각됩니다.)
