J 투 S 프라투남 호텔

It was a wonderful experience in this hotel it is almost in the heart of Bangkok. Everything was easy to travel and safe area. Staff from front office was very nice and helpful was always smiling. Every day my room was always clean.

Good but not exception.

it is good if you want to stay near pratunam market but the overall stay is not recommended. we felt uncomfortable because of the bathroom. not properly cleaned, the shower room is too small and the shower curtain was a little bit old.the AC is not very cold.

Not a pleasant stay. AC was very noisy. No tea making facilities in the room. Mattress and pillow were not comfortable. Lobby was messy.

Compared to years before, the hotel is slowly transforming into a shipping storage. Reception area is filled with packages. No tea making facilities in rooms. Air-conditions are extremely noisy. Mattresses are firm and uncomfortable. They just provide only one pillow to a person, which is also very firm, and I got neck muscle sprain after sleeping on it. There was a male person in the reception, and he was very rude and impolite. He didn't know how to speak to a client. We decided not to stay in this hotel hereafter.
