25.10.06Stayed for three days. The property has great facilities, including air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, full set of utensils, safe, ironing setup, coffee maker with pods, bathtub, television, and more. The location is easily accessible by tram, with nearby restaurants and supermarkets.
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, though some seemed hesitant or limited in English, which affected resolving certain issues. We had requested a twin bed when booking but received a double bed instead. When we asked for it to be separated, we were told no other room was available, even though the beds could easily be separated. We had to separate them ourselves, and the staff provided only an extra bedsheet, stating that an extra blanket might be available the next day. Unfortunately, the following day a new staff member was still unsure, and the issue remained unresolved.
25.09.17 This Is probably The most comfortable place in in Paris. Kitchen is completely equipped, enough space for sleeping and bathroom is very comfortable. Place is clean, and Staff is very helpful and always smiling!
