Bad person room did not give ask to much question

울며겨자먹기 주말은 6시 이후에 체크인이라는 개똥같은소리를 예약후 나중에들었다. 그리고 10시 체크아웃이라는것도 충격이였고 거기에 늦으면 보증금도 돌려주지않는다는 최악의 조건. 게다가 홍콩친구 잠깐 들리는데도 못들어오게하고 추가요금을 받아갔다. 이내용은 예약후 몇일뒤 받은 이메일에 적혀있었다. 창문이 안닫혀 외풍과 어디서 들어오는지 모를 담배냄새 때문에 2시간마다 일어나 방문을 열고 환기시켜야했고 투숙객이 훔쳐간다는 이유로 헤어드라이어가 없어서 딸은 머리를 감을수없었다. 수건을 더 요구했으나 2일간 2개의 수건으로 해결해야만했다. 좁고 춥고 더러운공기 비싼요금. 난 지금도 담배때문에 머리가 아프다. 돈을 더주고 다른곳으로 가는게 현명한선택이다

it would have been ok if they didn't give us the run around during check in. the confirmation shows flat E but when you get there, they make you call a nimber and make you wait for about 10 mins then they ask you to go to Flat C, then after they check you in, you then have to go back to Flat E where your room is. I guess you really get what you paid for since this is a cheap accommodation, the room is very cramped, the toilet smells and the faucet makes loud noises. The only plus side is that it's in a good location, very close to 2 mtr stations and the bus stop is just in front of the bldg. But if you have money to spare, it's better to stay at a nicer hotel.

I was surprised why he ask so rude especially with my friends and he doesn’t want us to explain-he doesn’t listen as well. My friends was helping me with the luggage for checking in and without explaination he wants them to go away or else he will not let me go for check-in. It feel so suspicious at that time. Yes there is a rules and regulations but treating me and my friends like this is not professional. Treat your guess nicely.

The Manager of the Hostel has no good manners.I have politely asked about the check in timings and suddenly he told me why do you come to Hongkong when you are illeterate. I was shocked why this person is very rude to his customer.I will not recommend this Shanghai Hostel for future reference.No etiquette at all.
