Great location. Wonderful views. Wonderful service. We were the first guests of the 1016 season and weee treated like GOLD. Highly recommend.

We booked and paid for a room at the Belvedere hotel as advertised on Agoda. When we arrived we were informed that we were in fact staying at another property, the Belvedere Hilltop. This property is 250m away, up a very steep hill and further from the town. It has NO hotel facilities and the breakfast was rubbish. To be clear, we were taken from the hotel we paid to stay at and we roomed at another property entirely that had NO facilities. We were very disappointed. Agoda should do something about this because it would be a shame for other travellers to be caught put like this also.
