26.05.29I experienced itchiness while staying in the hotel, possibly coming from the air conditioning or even the lobby area itself. The staff were also not very accommodating, especially when I tried to rebook my stay just within 5 minutes of making the original booking. It felt like they were more focused on making a profit rather than helping guests.
Additionally, breakfast was not included despite it being advertised, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
26.05.26I really enjoyed my time while I was staying here. The staffs are all helpful and friendly. The facilities were beyond my expectation, they surprisingly have a very proper, clean bathrooms with jet shower. They also provide cold + hot water to drink. The capsule bed was great with many functional features. Will definitely come back here someday
26.05.20Despite being a small space, my capsule was well climate-controlled. It was fitted with a mattress, USB ports, a reading light, and a fold-down desk.
26.05.10I stayed at this hotel six times from 2023 to 2026. I inadvertently booked a female dormitory. When I got to the hotel I found out my error. They weren't able to accommodate me with another room because it was sold out. Understandable. But they wouldn't give me my money back. I made it honest mistake it wasn't like I was trying to cancel out of a non-refundable booking I simply booked a female dormitory in error. The hotel said whether to issue a refund was up to agoda. This is not the case. It's up to the hotel to release the money back to the booking agency. agoda to their credit gave me 20% back of my booking but the other 80% I lost. I now I'm going to have to take this up with my bank in america. I'm a 63 year old man I've been traveling all over the world for decades I've never run into anything like this especially in singapore. So disappointed.
