22.11.26 This hotel was clean and had a keycard entry system so the building was not unlocked at night. There were many restaurants on the street as well as a shopping center a 5 minute walk down the street.
25.10.31 We did not check in because they insist that we are not yet paid ...even I showed them that you agoda already deduct the payment on my card. .. its already late at night yesterday when we arrive ..and we are getting tired explaining to them that we are already paid... I hope that you could refund my money... The hotel.is scam
24.12.26 Check-in process was definitely nightmare. No one at the reception yet took ages to complete the process. It’s like motel or inn. No lift. Aircon is old and after playing for about 15/20 mins, it went off then after a while, it came back again. The room door is with the keys. Linen and towels are not clean enough. One towel even had an awful smell. Thought it was 3-stars hotel that’s why I chose there. The only good point is about 10 mins walk to Phayathai BTS and close to downtown shopping area like siam, central world etc. Definitely won’t go back and I regret booking the place.
