At first they gave us a smaller room than paid for. There was a strong paint smell. The bed had been used. The toilet had not seen bleach in at least a year. Only after multiple complaints from us they exchanged us to another room, probably at first they had given our room to a family member. There were many mosquitos, and we saw a cockroach. We bought our own insecticide. After spraying, the floor was covered with dead roaches. The floor under the beds has not seens a mop in at least months. No waste bin was provided. Towels had stains.
