Stayed here for a romantic night away. The room wasn’t bad the pool staff were lovely. On the morning when I woke up, I went down to Landing to get breakfast and I was chased by wasps everywhere I looked in the nets in the window and there dead wasps everywhere. I confronted the cleaning lady and she said to me that they were only cleaned yesterday. I said they haven’t been cleaned for four months. I’m not being funny but if I pay a lot of money to go somewhere I expected to be right I was disappointed it was filthy. I must’ve counted about 100 wasps not up to scratch.

We had 3 nights at redworth hall. Very relaxing and quiet lovely swimming pool. Rooms were beautiful we had a nice view of the garden. However although the hotel was amazing some staff members were quite rude especially to us as we are young, they weren’t giving us the same treatment as they were to older people. Be aware of the upper class thinking they are better than you, one might mistake you as rubbish on the floor. Overall we did enjoy our stay but would have been better if they didn’t make us feel like we didn’t belong there.

As regular visitors to Redworth Hall Hotel we would highly recommend it. Conveniently situated between Scotland and southeast England, we enjoy stopping off there, using the pool and spa facilities followed by a first class meal and hearty breakfast before our onward journey. The rooms are comfortable, stylish and well appointed, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We'll be back!
