잠을 제대로 자고 싶은 분이라면, 이 호텔은 정말 신중하게 고려하시기 바랍니다. 저는 밤 12시에 청소 직원들이 복도에서 내는 소음 때문에 깼고, 그 소음은 1시간 넘게 계속되었습니다. 정말 용납할 수 없는 일이었습니다.
Agoda에 올라온 정보만 믿고 예약하지 마세요. 실제로는 일반적인 호텔이라기보다 단기 투숙객을 받는 러브호텔에 가까워 보였고, 밤늦은 시간까지 방을 청소하며 계속 손님을 받는 분위기였습니다. 대부분의 투숙객이 호텔에 기대하는 수준과는 전혀 달랐습니다.
프런트 데스크에 항의했지만 직원들은 매우 무심했고, 전혀 진지하게 대응하지 않았습니다. Agoda에도 민원을 넣었지만 아무런 조치도 없었습니다. 전반적으로 매우 불쾌하고 실망스러운 경험이었고, 이곳은 강하게 비추천합니다.
If you are looking for a hotel where you can actually get a good night’s sleep, think very carefully before booking here. I was woken up at midnight by cleaning staff making noise in the hallway, and the disturbance went on for more than an hour. It was completely unacceptable.
Do not be misled by how this property is presented on Agoda. In reality, it appeared to function more like a short-stay love motel, with rooms being cleaned throughout the night to accommodate constant turnover. That is not what most guests expect when they book a hotel.
When I complained to the front desk, the staff were dismissive and showed very little concern. I also filed a complaint with Agoda, but nothing was done. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.
