We were charged for Breakfasts that were "Included". We were charged for a Sunday Breakfast we ordered and as we waited an HOUR the Waiter gave us 15 minute updates about how 'he can't find the kitchen staff', he "found them", "it's coming...", "I don't know, maybe you should find breakfast somewhere else and have the front desk credit you". There were dead potted plants throughout the Lobby and Bar areas. At one time ALL THREE ELEVATORS WERE OUT OF ORDER, our room was on the 9th floor and we had to walk up! The halls to the rooms are dark and dingy with worn out, stained carpet. Each floor has directional signage  with 'Accommodations' misspelled. Maybe this is not the right business for them if they can't spell it. When I received my final bill, I had difficulty reaching the Front Desk, the email address they used is a "Do Not Reply" address, the phone number listed on my confirmation rang, but was not answered, then it automatically hung-up on me. Using AI found a different number and spoke to the front desk about my charges. They wanted to argue about the definition 'Breakfast Included', they agreed to reverse some, but not all, of the charges and send me a revised invoice the next day. THEY DID NOT. They refused to credit me for the unserved Sunday Breakfast and said I'd need to contact the third-party Booking Agent, as though somehow they were responsible the dysfunction in the kitchen that day. My next call is to my third-party credit card company to dispute the charges.

Great location in Chelsea, walking distance to the Highline, diners, delis, and Hudson Yards mall. Lobby bar was a nice vibe, very nice decor. Room was on the small size, but it was cozy amd modern. Not a fan of their extra "daily fee".
