26.05.14I had paid for 3 nights in a Suite at Tijili. The staff are very good, professional and helpful. Hotel is decent, breakfast options quite decent in the buffett. The ONLY major issue, was the airconditioning in the room. The WHOLE room floor became super wet due to some malfunctioning with the aircon. The staff were not able to understand what I tell them, this was in the middle of the night.. so I ended up sleeping in that cold, wet floor room.. it cause wheezing and sleeping trouble for me.. even the next day morning, the staff tell me "keep the balcony door open, it will be ok".. I had already tried that and that makes the wet issue worse. I noticed now that a few others also commented on this aircon issue, so this hotel has a serious issue, that needs to be addressed. This was the only issue but a major issue.
