Upon arrival the place looks charming… that’s where it ended. The room we were given had large patches of peeling paint, a cracked (picture a spiderweb pattern) window the size of a basketball with cracks seen the entire window, broken tiles, a tile duct taped in place in the shower, a draw that when touched the face fell off. The hallway to our room had no lighting which made getting our kids to the room interesting. At 10:00am we had a lady making her way door to door reminding guests it was checkout time when it was obvious people were moving things to their cars. In the car park following checkout an elderly lady enquired how our room was as she and her husband were without hot water, her sink was blocked all night, the tv was broken and on arrival their bed was made with ripped sheets. Not a good experience.
