I had a very pleasant stay. The location was convenient, the shuttle to the train station was helpful, the onsen was relaxing, and the room was comfortable. The customer service was excellent, and overall everything met my expectations. The only downside was some noise from families with small children. I could hear children running around on the second floor constantly, and the dining area was a bit noisy during meal times. It didn’t bother me too much, but if you prefer a quieter atmosphere—especially if you’d like to enjoy your meals peacefully while overlooking the Japanese garden—you may want to ask the staff if they can arrange a quieter dining time schedule.

I stayed one night to catch a flight from Haneda the next day. Great location for this. The host (who has the same name as me!!) was super welcoming and lovely. I was the only there during the evening hours and she offered me watermelon and kibi dango while I was settling down, which was super sweet :) The sleeping area, bathrooms and shower, and kitchen area were all very clean and provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable night.
