Had everything we needed. Great location, plenty of room, clean and tidy. Staff were really friendy and helpful

To those that might have been worried about the spots on Fenton Street being off putting with antisocial behaviours, this wasn't it. We have travelled to Rotorua a couple times and found it peaceful. Arista was in a good location, the host and their staff were really nice and accommodating. Room was spacious and the patio hot tub was very enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again if we're in Rotorua next time.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is strategic; it's just a short drive to Waimangu Volcanic Valley, Te Puia, the Skyline, and the Luge. Because it's so close to the Te Puia geysers, you can smell the geothermal "ashes" (sulfur); but we see this as a unique experience that you don't get every day. The service was excellent. The owner was very responsive, and check-in/out was very seamless. Since we stayed during Christmas, they even left a surprise present, which was such a heart-warming gesture. The room was spacious, clean, and very family-friendly with a playground for the kids. A parking slot was also reserved for us, making things much easier. They have washing machines available (though you may need to queue during busy times) and a personal spa available too, though we didn't have time to use it. And a special shoutout to the resident cats who greeted us at check-in and send off during check-out! Highly recommended for a comfortable and homely stay.

A nice stay, hot tub was a nice to have. In pretty tidy condition but bathroom a little tired. Bed was great and staff were very nice. All around a very comfortable stay - happy to return.
