Spacious, beautiful interior, great location, friendly and helpful staff

Here’s a polished and polite version of your review for New Sunari Lovina: I stayed at New Sunari Lovina for 2 days with my family, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is also very nice for a family holiday in Lovina. I am actually a repeater guest and have stayed at Sunari more than 10 times, which shows how much I enjoy staying here. Because of that, I would also like to give some honest feedback for improvement. The main thing that needs attention is the bathroom facilities, especially the shower and bathtub. During our stay, the shower did not work properly, and I hope the management can repair and maintain it better in the future. A proper shower is very important for families with children, as well as for my wife and me, especially after a long day of activities. Aside from this minor issue, everything else was good, and we still enjoyed our stay very much. I truly appreciate the hospitality from the team and hope the facilities can be improved even more for future guests. Thank you, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
