26.05.09 Room was located in a beautiful but old building, so the room had some quirks that come with age.
As a whole, it was a safe, clean and comfortable place to sleep.
The grab and go breakfast was simplistic but was a nice thing to have.
My biggest issue was that I didn't receive check in instructions.
I managed to get through the front door though and once inside they had a phone will a direct line to customer service.
All was smooth sailing after that.
26.03.03 This place was a bit hard to find for some reason for our group. In reality it should not have been too difficult, maybe we just had the wrong address. I booked through Agoda, and was not given any instructions about how to obtain my key(no front desk), they have a phone you should call and then they WhatsApp me a messsage with the instructions about how to get into the building as well as get the key to our room. If you arrive late at night, it would be impossible to get in if you did not receive that prior message, but luckily we arrived middle of the day, so the door was open. Our room was nice and spacious. The free feral and pastries were a very nice touch. They replaced our towels everyday, but did not make the bed. There is a tram station about a 10 min walk down the road, or a 2 min walk bus stop, but we did not get the bus pass, so we walked to the tram every time. Overall very pleased with our stay.
