22.07.09 Being a solo traveler need a cheaper hotels this is one of but once you get arrive your expectations would rather be go down due to facilities and equipment.
22.03.20 The Hotel won’t accept me because I book in agoda app, even I provide the booking ID and other details they said they can’t check it. I don’t have a choice I paid twice since no more time to look for another hotel, Staff are not accommodating they don’t know how to answer my question the front desk can’t even explain to me why they can’t check the my booking. Please don’t book here.
22.01.07 I booked through agoda and when I got there, i was asked if it's okay if they dont have electricity. I said No and explained the reason people book for a hotel to get electricity and be able to relax. The lady assign at d frontdesk has no empathy at all and when i asked what to do, she just simply said that that she doesnt know and that's it.
The lobby has plates that have not been washed for like how many days. Very dirty place.
22.01.04 Noisy, front desk does not have a representative when you need one, service is bad, room is old and leaking water from windows, small cockroaches every where
