I stayed here for two days, but I did not receive any checkin notice, I was locked out of the door on my checkin, and the hotel said that I had to checkin at 3pm sharp otherwise I’m locked out. I was lucky to have met one staff working in the gym at the entrance otherwise I could not enter on that night. On top of that, throughout the two days, whenever I have a question about my room or my stay, I tried to contact the hotel via WhatsApp or email, no one answered me, nor any staff was working on the ground floor. The worst part was when I accidentally made a booking for wrong date, I tried to modify this reservation with the hotel and Agoda, it seems like the hotel refused to let me modify my booking nor cancel it even it was out of a mistake, while Agoda was very helpful in trying to assist me modify or cancel it. Overall, if you want money valued experience, do not choose it.
