It is more like a rent apartment rather than hotel. They provide you amenities, but they do not do cleaning or room checking every day. I was worried at first that it might be dirty with bad staff and all cause of some of the reviews, but when I went there, it was the complete opposite. I was satisfied for the money I have spent. There is a nearby station, Iriya, which only 1 station away from Ueno station where you can transit to most stations. Thank you, Soho Asakusa.

Booked 2 rooms, so it's expectexd there will be 2-3 per room. However, we lacked blanket for the 3rd person. As a family travelling short-term, our time is very limited and restricted. Staff is not 24/7 available. When we get to our rooms, reception is already closed. We also leave early in the mornings so we can't really see tbe staff when they're opened. Location is great though! Convenience stores all over.

Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay. The room is larger than I expected even with a private bath (with tub) & toilet. The place is clean & comfortable, although a little old. It's location is okay, since its a 5 minute walk from 2 bus stops, but it is quite far from any subway stations (17 min walk is the nearest). The only issue we had was with 2 particular front desk managers - they were rude to us and denied us of any help with simple requests like borrowing a weighing scale (we asked other staff and they informed us they did have a weighing scale, but the front desk staff kept lying to us that they didn't have it, and wouldn't allow the staff to borrow on our behalf as well). We ended up having to repack most of our things at the airport... Final tip: To those checking in here, there is an elevator that can be accessed from the first floor if you enter the back door with the sign saying that the lobby is on the 2nd floor. It's not explicitly stated that there's elevator access on the 1st floor so, this is information can be helpful to those bringing big luggage.

도쿄 내에서 이정도 가격에 이정도 넓이의 숙소 구하기 어렵습니다. 약간 오래된 느낌의 방이지만 가격을 보면 용서되는 수준이며, 쉬는데 불편하지 않습니다. 방청소는 접수처에 요청해야합니다. 유일한 단점은 위치입니다. 버스를 잘 활용하면 그리 불편하진않습니다. 숙소 옆 타이토병원에서 100엔버스를 타고 미노와 역으로 가던지, 이리야역으로 이동하면 관광지 이동 가능합니다.

Good value hotel. About 15min to the closest subway station. Close to Asakusa and Ueno. Room was comfortable though I found the pillow to not provide any support or height and the bed was rather uncomfortable as there was no cushioning on top of the springs
