On my recent trip to Bangkok I stayed at the Maison Hotel. I found the staff and the hotel to be of excellent quality. the location also afforded me transport to various shopping centres

Firstly the all the staff here at Maison Hotel are amazing. Always friendly, respectful and ready to help.The rooms are very clean, and tidy. Shower and bathroom are also very clean. Location wise, it's great. For this hotel I would rate it 10/10. Fantastic.

The hotel is located on Sukhumvit between Soi 2&4. The BTS Nana is a short walk away. Entertain nment spots are abundant and so are food joints like restaurants and roadside stalls selling an array of Thai, western, Italian food. Terminal 21 Shopping centre is a station away too. Taxis are abundant and so are motorbike rides which are faster and cheaper during heavy traffic periods. The hotel is immaculately maintained with lovely, helpful and polite staff Frome reception, to concierge, room service, housekeeping, security - absolutely lovely smiles will greet you day and night! Rooms are spacious, well maintained and clean! The high tech toilet is quite a delight!

Booked a jnr suite for 4 nights but hotel told me on check in , that the booking agent had issued a voucher for a "deluxe room " instead . The hotel and agoda would not resolve the situation and instead agoda offered a miniscule cash compensation instead of either a) agoda issuing the correct voucher to the hotel b) the hotel supplying the correct room as per the voucher agoda gave me ....ALSO be prepared for female registered guests to be questioned by maison hotel staff when returning to yhe hotel after an evening out as to if they are registered at check in or they are street girls .. .. I have stayed at this hotel 6 to 8 times recently but after this experience I will stay elsewhere in future
