We stayed at this hotel during hot weather, and although the listing advertised air conditioning, there was no AC remote available in my room. When I asked the front desk, the staff member gave me a contact number that was supposedly available 24/7, but no one ever responded. The shower is extremely small — anyone even slightly larger than average would struggle to fit comfortably. I first contacted the staff via WhatsApp on 07/10/25 and am writing this review on 13/10/25. I still haven’t received any response. Overall, very disappointed with the service. Avoid booking this hotel and save your money and time.

The area unfortunately looks a bit intimidating, as there is graffiti on everything. I was with my husband, had I been alone I would not have felt safe. The bed wasn't very comfortable for us, the shower was very small, not a lot of room to turn in. It was very quiet, and very close to the metro line one which made it convenient to get places.
