Very good people and it’s clean

I actually had to stay 16 days. Housekeeping was non-existent unless I contacted cleaner persons directly. They were polite about being interrupted mostly. The advertised hot breakfast was yogurt, cornflakes, plain bagels with occasional flavored bagel added. The "juice" was orange Drink with, I guess, some juice content. My last day- the door lock battery died while I was out. It took 3 trips from the second floor to get someone with a pass key to open the door. Meanwhile, my friend and our take-out dinners were left standing in the wind on the second floor walkway. I had to get a key escort until I checked out the next day. It was mentioned that this was a recurring problem lately. A good note: while a little musty on arrival, the room and bed passed the black light test.

It’s an old facility. The blinds didn’t work, The tv worked but didn’t connect to any channels. The refrigerator compressor was very loud. I ended up having to extend my stay to another night and when I returned to my room in the evening it hadn’t been made up. The parking lot is on a hill which makes it hard to navigate for someone with mobility issues. It was relatively cheap and I tried to rationalize that I had stayed in cheap hotels in other parts of the world and was able to find them charming. The breakfast was totally unappealing. I did get help from the desk staff. I needed a place by my home for a couple of days prior to moving and it served that purpose.
