This is a nice basic small motel. It has been recently renovated. Very clean. Art’s corner cafe is very close and very good for breakfast.

We attended a concert down the street and the hotel was perfect. Would totally recommend

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean and there was a coffee machine, fridge and microwave in the room. Some traffic noise and the air con unit was loud so I had to wear earplugs.

The photos and reviews of this place dont match the very unhappy reality. I suspect most of the reviews were bogus. We were given a dark little room with paper thin walls and ceiling. We could hear the conversations of the people through the walls and very loud thumping, all night long, from the room above. The bed was soft and soggy and the sheet was too small to even cover the mattress.The bathroom fan sounded like a jet taking off right next to you. Also, there is no ability to control the temperature. Our room was roasting hot.

Nice enough place, no complaints. Price was right, enjoyed the stay.
