I booked a 3 bed apartment for our group of 6 however when I arrived, there was only a 2 bed available. I was able to contact agoda and was quickly reimbursed the difference. Even thought it was cramped, it was clean and close to the city.

Staff were in process of spring cleaning the facility inside which was much needed. Spa and pool still available to use. Rooms are comfortable, adequate and roomy I would stay again Small playground for kids Restful place to stop Potentially not for super fussy I want a brand new room to sleep in otherwise fine

Did not stay at this property as i made a slight mistake with my dates and noway would they let me change. Being a 73year and not up to speed with modern technology they would not change so i wasted money, being a pensioner I'm not impressed

I’ve stayed at this property a number of times purely because the location suits me well, and up until now I’ve had no real issues. Unfortunately, this last experience was extremely disappointing. I accidentally booked the wrong night (my mistake), and when I arrived to check in, reception advised me to cancel the booking through Agoda and assured me they would take care of refunding the incorrect night on their side. Based on that, I paid for the correct night and stayed as planned. However, when it came time to process the refund, the manager refused outright and was dismissive and quite rude in the way it was handled. This was particularly frustrating given I had followed the exact instructions provided by their staff, who clearly indicated a refund would not be an issue. Mistakes happen—I fully accept that—but being given one direction by staff and then having management completely contradict it, with no willingness to resolve the situation, reflects very poorly on the way this property is run. Disappointing experience and not the level of service I would expect, especially as a returning guest
