Excellent location on Manly beach. The staff and very accommodating and responsive to questions. Great kitchen with excellent coffe, clean and new crockery and cutley, and great things to cook with. Simple rooms are perfect; clean comfy bed, clean wardrobe, and the top floor has great views.

Ideal location and clean place.

Unfortunately the great location doesn’t make up for this dirty old run down accommodation.

Excellent location with shared kitchen and bathrooms that are nice and clean with quality soaps/cooking utensils etc. The location is really good but price is very high (~130AUD/night) for just a small bedroom. If there was a hotel nearby for only a little more I would take the hotel, but for a solo traveler looking for the cheapest this is a good base.

No good pillow's thin. Because our ache necks and can’t sleep.
