25.02.16 I would like to address the behaviour of the lady who checked us in. She was not at all welcoming. She had terrible behaviour whenever we asked a question. When we asked to change the room if there is any other available , she got mad more. I asked for any water service or any vending machine , she rolled her eye very badly. We asked the room is not well ventilated and we were feeling claustrophobic so if they can help but nothing. We paid for the service and we were not staying for FREE. Ibis budget hotel is a big brand and we stayed because of that . After that incident we would never ever stay at Ibis or would recommend anyone.
