26.05.29 We stayed at this hotel with my family, and it was a very disappointing experience. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the shower quality felt like something from a budget hotel. The lift system was also confusing and inconvenient. The swimming pool facilities were poor, and it was disappointing that we had to pay RM20 per person to use it. The breakfast was even worse — just two small croissants with tea or coffee, and it was only offered as take-away. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations and was not worth the price paid.
26.05.28 Had a truly comfortable and pleasant stay here. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very cozy. What made the experience special was the warm hospitality and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the stay.
The location was convenient, and all the basic amenities were well taken care of. After a long day of travel, it genuinely felt relaxing and comfortable — just like being at home. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and memorable stay.
26.05.26 So near to KLCC Twin Tower, Aquaria and shopping mall
26.05.24 Usually in other places, when we check in, the parking, the pool are all include. But this penthouse klcc sky residence (vortex) charges the park & pool. To me its too much & not reasonable to charge… you can shove the money up your ass
