We are happy with everything at this hotel. Very impressive!

This is my 4th time in past a few years that I stayed this hotel when I have a business trip to Tokyo Japan. I can list up many good things about this hotel but I choose because there is a big hot spring in the hotel, comfortable bed and pillow, breakfast, cleaning mess and customer services, etc. Sure, there are some down side, too. The room and shower bath unit in a room is relatively small but I only come back to take a rest after a day of business meeting and dinner. The location is probably 10min walking from station but there is underground pass way just next to this hotel so that you don’t get bothered by stopping at the crossing lights. The photo that you see here is not taken recently. Now they have renovated very new look with comfy modern design.

Had a nice stay in the hotel. Room is of good size to open 4 luggage. Breakfast is good as usual. Will definitely come back in my next visit

Convenience and nice staff

Second time booking Super Hotels. First time in Tokyo. The hotel is just outside one of the station exit but it may be a 5-10min walk from the gate depending on which station you hop on daily. This hotel has the natural onsen. However I am not sure its authenticity as water is way too clear for natural onsen water and there's aroma of chlorine. I will be disappointed for sure if it isn't as thats the only reason I travelled further for. Onsen space for ladies is also very small to house 2 building worth of guests. Its about 2m x 2m for onsen soaking space. Otherwise almost perfect kind of hotel for me. coin laundry is 200yen consisting of dryer service and free softener (optional). Theres all the necessity amenities you need. All the towels you need. Staff can speak fluent English. Welcome bar is awesome. I love their iced oolong tea. They changed their hot tea selections and I missed their matcha sachets. Pillow selection and pajamas makes sure you can sleep well in their queen size bed. Humidifier in room is very useful as air is dry (to me) there. I have a sizeable table space and cushion seat in the room which is really nice to me. There's a lot of late night food choices nearby as well.
