Very closer to the subway station on train station

The location can't be faulted, very central and convenient for transport connections. The property itself is an odd layout with corridors and spread out over 2 buildings. No working kettle or fridge. Shower head partially detached from wall. Nothing major, just needs some maintenance. The staff however seem disinterested and no real focus on customer service. All communication via WhatsApp and queries often left unanswered. Wouldn't recommend, maybe spend a few dollars mire and stay at one of several other nearby properties.

No thrills hotel. You are paying for a bed and to be close to Paddington. And that’s what you get. Clean room on the small side of things but value for money.

The room itself was just perfect. Very clean and comfortable. The venue has no lift and if you have lots of luggage it'll be a hassle! The hall way is quite damp, the roof in reception was leaking when I arrived!!! However, the location is very convenient with paddington station around the corner and many restaurants within walking distance. I was very disappointed with the staff, there was no response to my messages before arrival and even when I've addressed my needs at reception during check-in, they said they will bring it to my room but they never did and there was no one at reception to ask again the next morning!
