22.07.30We loved our stay at the new Jackson Southtown!
The room had many upgrades. Nice wood flooring, refrigerator and microwave. They did a lot with the space they were given. You could close off the bathroom area which I loved. The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was really nice and the facilities were perfect. We would definitely stay again and I give it a 10 out of 10!!!!

We stayed 2 nights, but bedding didn’t get changed.

22.09.30The motel itself is not necessarily the problem. It is an extremely basic motel, that charges way too much because of its location. The staff was nice, rooms were quiet, and it was, for the most part clean. Aside from the fact that the price was easily 4 times what it should have been (I get it, supply and demand), the weirdest thing was that there wasn’t facial tissues in the restroom. When I asked the front desk if they forgot to be restocked (other items in our room hadn’t been restocked, which wasn’t a problem and they fixed right away) I was told they don’t supply them. Facial tissue is provided in every room I’ve ever stayed in. My advice, for $250+ per night, throw in a box of Kleenex.

22.08.25Very clean and quiet; wi-fi was weak sometimes was only issue so hard to stream shows on personal devices in room. Asked management about it during stay but issue but unable to stop wi-fi from being spotty.

22.08.12Room was clean and functional on a noisy busy highway away from town square. Kids will like private pool. Jackson is a busy expensive place, and despite lowest online price I would stay there again.
