Superb Experience! Great Views and Friendly staff. Loved it!

Well…what should I say…I chose the Hotel because of the reviews and the awards. Finding out that the last reward is from 2019. Location wise it’s probably one of the best on the Bukit but the whole hotel area is in need of renovation and it looks like nothing has been done here for several years. Everything just looks a bit run down and getting old. Apart from that, I was a bit surprised that the reception felt only occupied a few hours a day and that there was practically no contact person on site. It's all a shame because, as already mentioned, it's a fantastic facility in its own right.
