Love this place

Not Los Bungalows fault, but Agoda didn't email me with the Hotel's keyless entry info until 10pm the evening of my check in date. I had to call the hotel and she texted the info to me very efficiently. Blunder for Agota!

This place was amazing to stay at

We were in town for 2 nights. After arriving the first night, we were given a door code that did not work. After multiple calls, the issue was not resolved and we were asked to find a different place to stay for the evening. We came back the next day early in the afternoon to find the door code still wouldn't let us in. We called the property and asked for help and the person said she'd contact the property manager and get back to us. After sitting around for 2 hours with no call back, we called the property. I guess the property manager wasn't answering their phone? We asked for a refund and said that we'd find another place to stay. The next day, the property called and asked if we were ever able to get into our room (no we weren't, but I also had already said we'd given up trying). It's been almost a week and the funds have not been returned to us. We've stayed here before and everything was excellent. It's really unfortunate that we've had this experience and wasted a lot of our little time in San Diego.

I think we have found our go to hotel in Imperial. We will be back and appreciate your hospitality. Its hard to come across hotels with staff that actually cared.. I rave about them to my friends and family
