25.06.01 We had an excellent stay at Casa Martini. The room was spacious and clean. Gianluca was an amazing host - warm, welcoming, and attentive. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, near lots of restaurants, groceries, and bakeries. Also, it's only a few minutes walk away from the Vatican City. Delicious breakfast served at the rooftop and a homey atmosphere. Highly recommend!
23.05.21 Casa Martini was perfect for our family visit to Rome. It was spacious, a perfect location, clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We will come back again!
26.05.25 Negative:
-Expensive: very expensive considering its a bed&breakfast, may find more better alternatives for the same cost
-Utilities: lift to the apartment floor is old fashioned and hard to use. Bathroom shower is very small and leaking water to the floor that causes to a bad odor at night. Room is very cold and the additional blankets given feels like dusty and allergic
-Breakfast: very limited same choices
-Sound: sound of next room can be heard easily

-Location: 4/5 , close to Vatikan side of the city, bus and metro station
-Staff: 5/5, friendly staff who is kind
