26.04.16This was by far the best and most relaxing experience we had in Japan. The hotel is located in a remote mountain area. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The onsen was fantastic with an outdoor onsen too. We slept so well because the property had water constantly flowing under it to give you natural lapping sounds that help you sleep. We were also very thankful that the team helped us sort out our accommodation miscommunication. I accidentally booked for 1 pax instead of 2 pax and we were able to sort it out quickly and they even gave me the price I had locked in earlier. The breakfast was also fantastic and super authentic. We will be back again! 🥰
