24.05.04This hotel boasts excellent facilities, including a complimentary lounge with free-flowing beer, ice cream, juice, and snacks. Three massage chairs are available for guest use at no additional cost, but be aware that they tend to be quite popular. The hotel also provides complimentary Yukata, clogs, baskets, and a Kinosaki Onsen Pass, allowing you to dress in traditional Japanese attire and enjoy free entry to seven public onsens along the street. While the location is a bit far from the train station and walking is not recommended, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus with scheduled pickups and drop-offs at the station and onsen street. The hotel serves delicious dinners & breakfast and offers a buffet option. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel itself features two on-site onsens for guest convenience.
24.03.28We stayed here in 2019 and had always wished to return if we are coming to Kinosakionsen again. The onsen are as nice as we remembered, the buffet meals are delicious and wide spread of options. I took out one star off location as it is a bit of walking to/from town center and the shuttle bus only take you to one spot and at certainly time only. There was some construction going on nearby, although no disturbing noise, it definitely challenging to walk around. Other than that, we did enjoy 2 nights here and did onsen hopping around. Highly recommended to visit Kinosakionsen
24.02.21일본 호텔 대비 넓은 숙소와 온천의 규모에 감동 받았습니다. 조식도 맛있고 다양해서 누구에게나 추천할수 있습니다.
24.02.17Location is walking distance. Onsen here imo is better than some of the main ones. Nice facility. Staff doesn’t speak English, but they tried their best.
24.02.11Is not too much wide range not too professional at all.
