24.06.01Shera Inn has an amazing location but the in hotel dining facilities are limited to non existent. However, honey coffee shop down below is marvellous. Hotel staff was helpful and they had kept our pack breakfast ready as we had to check out at 5 am.

26.01.18The pool was closed for renovations and was not open as advertised. When we went to take a shower, the hot water did not work. The repair man spent an hour in the room. Hot water finally got working, only to find if we tried to use the cold water there was none. Then the hot water faded. There was a smell of sewage as well. There's not good security on the doors, no chain lock or manual lock. Staff were friendly, but not that understanding, as if we came there to watch a repairman work from 10pm to 11pm. The manager was unavailable.
