We celebrated our honeymoon by visiting Kinosaki for 2 nights. The in room kaiseki meal was absolutely amazing and the Japanese breakfast the next morning was fanatic. Also loved the soft serve ice cream machine! The private onset was clean and warm and perfect for the two of us. We also loved the shuttle service from the train and to town to walk around the to various onsen. We experienced some wild weather while there - shutting down trains for the day we were set to leave. Instead of being stranded - this ryokan organized a shuttle for us to the nearest train about an hour away. We truly truly cannot say enough good things about the communication and help we received. While we would have loved to stay and enjoy Kinosaki and additional day if we really had to - we really appreciated the organization to get us through the weather! Thank you so so much for everything would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling the beautiful city and onsens.

The dinner and breakfast of the hotel are marvelous. The food ingredients are very fresh and the tastes are really good. To my surprise, ice cream is served in breakfast time. My wife and I have a chance to be served by a staff who is in her internship of Japanese study. She comes from Vietnam and is young, enthusiastic, helpful and friendly. Last but not least, there are many artistic decorations in the hotel too. We are really satisfied with this hotel in all aspects!

This place is awesome! The views are amazing!

nice ryokan, nice people, we took the room without food but i’ve heard it’s good as well. the highlight of this location is the river side which you can view from the hotel’s onsen facility and the common room.

My room was facing the mountain, the view is unforgettable. Opted for 2 meals - a complete ryokan experience. We were fed so well, food is so delicious. Certain staff speak limited English but they're helpful and friendly to understand what we need. Staff provides immaculate details (ie: what to wear, public baths around the town, shuttle bus timings, preferred breakfast/dinner time, even made us tea!) once we checked in. Thank you Oyado Seri for the wonderful hospitality. Would definitely recommend & return in the future :D
