Superb facilities with great outdoor & indoor Onsen! Downside is tiny attached toilet in the room. Other than that is all good

I like this hotel because of the location and good breakfast. but the staff was very badddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd! they not responsible that they do. I ask them for add 1 child in the room they said okay and confirm once I emailed, but frontdesk said that child can't stay here and child have to go to stay another hotel . Heyyyy you. my child was very young, they can't stay without parent. you are not fair with my family because of we came here for 2nd time because of we love this place but anyway I will not come to your hotel anymore. You did it ! very bad and not impressive with my family. Good Bye hakuba alps no more one anymore.

Cozy and warm

Really enjoyed the stay! The room was tidy, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were polite and attentive, making the whole experience pleasant. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Definitely a place I would stay again.

- good location, can ski in and out; bus or car easy access to the down town and other ski areas - staff is alright but not so welcoming, they would still support with what you need - overall not much services nor maintainess, room cleaning requires staying more than 2 days, the public bath doesn’t have regular cleanses and all facilities are old and not sufficient. Overall alright, but not good nor great.
