25.12.16Nice solid business hotel just a stone's throw away from the station. Just take the escalator/stairs underground from the station exit, cross one street, and you're right there!
The staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel has a floor with a bunch of nice amenities (baths, free laundry washer/dryer area, manga library, kitchen etc), and also offers snacks/drinks downstairs for a window of time after 3pm.
They also have a window later at night for free shio and shoyu ramen that I didn't have the chance to try, and breakfast available on the first floor as well.
The rooms are fairly standard, compact like you would get at a normal business hotel, but very good for the price, clean, and I especially loved the layout.
They efficiently optimized the small space by having the bed against one wall, the shallow desk parallel to it on the other wall, and the remaining space in between, instead of awkwardly small separated free spaces like I often see. Makes it so you can easily set down your suitecase and open them with running into anything, so I really appreciate the thoughtfulness in the design layout!
Overall a solid stay with great cost performance (bed was a bit stiff but can't complain too much for the price and amenities). Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in a central location in Tottori near the station!
25.11.18My fourth time stay. Reasonable pricing.
1.close to tottori station
2.spacious and clean room in terms of Japanese hotels
3.public bath and laundromat available, the latter (washer and dryer extremely efficient), free of charge, probably the most generous hotel owner I ever encountered.
4.polite and nice staff provides efficient service
