22.06.27The place was better than expected. It is situated right on the main road of Gran Vía. Metro and bus and everything you could need just a brief walk away. Everything was very easy (check-in and check-our) clean and pleasant. Everybody complains about the elevator because it only fits four people. The whole building seems to be filled with hostels so some lines can form going up. You really just need it to go up to the hostel which is on the 7th floor. It’s an easy walk down the stairs when you’re not carrying your luggage. Bring earplugs as the hostel is rather busy. Would recommend booking directly from their website.

24.10.23 Very dirty, bathing area is small, toilet door cannot be shut properly. The lift of the building is very busy (shared with other hostels) so using stairs would be better. The lift even out of order after we checked out. However, staff are friendly and the location is excellent.
