Amazing and cozy

The room and especially the bathroom were very small. When sitting on the toilet, my knees were almost touching the wall. The shower was also tiny, and the door could not be opened all the way because it hit the sink beside it. Noise was a major issue during our stay. We could clearly hear guests in other rooms every time they flushed the toilet or used the shower. We also heard loud noises whenever other guests closed their doors, which made it difficult to rest. The location is good — it is close to the bus station and about a 10–15 minute walk to Termini. The air conditioner must be turned on by staff, so you need to ask them for assistance. Breakfast is available for an extra charge. It is basic, but we enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. They were always ready to provide information whenever we asked, which we really appreciated.

elevator was broken when we were there. Refrigerator is broke. room TOO small. everything is old.. the location is not friendly back of termini... staff are okay...
