Excellent from start to finish. Warm welcome at reception, completely water bottles upon arrival. Clean well presented modern rooms and a good night sleep.

Probably the most friendly hotel staff I have ever experienced

The sauna, the steaming , the jacuzzi and the pool were all great to use, however, the central heating was not working properly as it should, so we were given extra heaters to help keep the room warm., the mattress was too soft, which caused serious body pain for my wife and I. The restaurant was for Indians only, but we were lucky the hotel was a few minutes walk to the high street, so we were able to get varieties of food to eat, so it paid off.

i enjoyed my stay ee got a upgrade to a bigger room it was very clean and tidy i used the swimming pool and hot tub it was so nice to relax in the pool and hot tub i would definitely come back again soon
